Votoraço Annealed Wires are made of low-carbon steel using drawn Votoraço round wire with further annealing in heat-treating furnaces. They are highly flexible and have tensile strength of up to 55 kgf/mm².

They are especially used to tie rebars to reinforced concrete structures. These wires are sold in rolls.
Votoraço CA 50 bars are made of hot rolled steel as 650-kg rolls tied up in bundles of approximately 1.3 ton (up to 12.5-mm gage) and as straight or folded ribbed bars, which ensure high adherence to concrete.

These bars can be applied in the construction of houses, apartment buildings, business premises, and bridges, among other applications.
Votoraço CA 60 bars are made of cold rolled steel with a ribbed or smooth surface. These bars are supplied in 1-ton bundles of straight or folded bars, in 200-kg rolls (up to 6.0mm), 0.6 to 1-ton piles, or even 1.5 to 2.5-ton coils.

These are very used in concrete works, and also as raw material for the production of arc-welded meshes, rebar trusses, fasteners and other products.

Two types of products can be made of CA-60 rebar: "arc-welded meshes" and "rebar trusses".
Votoraço Arc Welded Meshes are prefabricated frames welded with electric resistance.

These meshes are supplied in rolls and panels. These meshes are used for the construction of industrial floors, rigid pavements, in the manufacture of concrete tubes, prefabricated concrete structures, tunnels, slabs, floors, fencing, and others.
These are structures manufactured with electro-fusion, a process that joins 3 separated CA-60 rebars, creating a prefabricated structure.

The advantage of Votoraço Rebar Trusses is that they allow replacing common pre-cast slabs and solid or prestressed slabs.

With these trusses, execution and organization in the work site is rationalized. Besides, time spent with molds and bracing is reduced, avoiding waste of time and material.
